Ahmed Mamdouh

With an extensive legal career spanning over 15 years, Ahmed has garnered his wealth of experience in both Egypt and the UAE. His primary areas of focus encompass corporate law, commercial law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance transactions and litigation matters. Throughout his career, he has offered guidance to a diverse range of local and international clients, providing counsel on transactional documents and deals involving both private and public companies.

Ahmed’s expertise extends to various facets of dispute resolution which includes involvement in all aspects of litigation matters and arbitration.  

In 2010, Ahmed obtained his law degree from Mansoura University. He has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since his graduation in 2010 and is presently admitted to practice before the Egyptian Courts of Appeal.

Ahmed Essam

Ahmed Essam holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ain Shams, Egypt.

With a wealth of ten (10) years of experience in corporate matters, Legal Affairs, Labor Law, and Litigation Case Management, Ahmed offers a comprehensive legal background.

His extensive experience encompasses the representation of clients in diverse legal proceedings, including criminal and civil litigation, along with proficiency in drafting various legal documents and providing guidance on legal translations. Additionally, he possesses a profound understanding of preparing legal briefs, appeals, pleadings, and assorted legal documentation, with a particular emphasis on labor law cases. Ahmed`s expertise extends to clients’ personal status matters, administrative law, commercial law, and criminal law, further enhancing his legal acumen.

Moustafa Elbarbary

Moustafa has a strong academic and practical foundation in corporate and commercial law. He is currently completing a double Master’s degree in Law and Economics at the University of Hamburg and Cairo University, combining legal expertise with economic analysis to provide commercially focused legal solutions.

Prior to joining UELC, Moustafa gained valuable experience at leading law firms, where he advised on corporate matters, drafted and negotiated commercial agreements, assisted in arbitration and litigation proceedings, conducted legal research, and supported company incorporations and corporate governance matters.

Fluent in Arabic and English, with working knowledge of German, Moustafa is committed to delivering practical, client-oriented legal services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
